In today's society, money seems to be the answer for everything one likes to achieve. There can be an argument about more spiritual things such as love and true happiness but when it comes to external appearance there seem to be no way out of it...is that really the reality? Do we all need to have money floating to look great? To answer that, I would like to point out a commercial that I have seen, which says: Fashion is not a Luxury; Very simple and in my opinion very true. One can definitely look fashionable and classy without spending lots of money and in the next paragraph I will explain exactly how.
In order to understand how to look classy without being rich, we need to first understand what is classy?
According to a few dictionaries on the web, classy is elegant and fashionable.
To these two aspects I would like to add a more spiritual aspect; an aspect, which costs nothing and is available for EVERYONE.
This side of classy contains two main parts: your BODY language and your VERBAL language.
A classy body language starts with the way you walk. Carry your feet properly - don't drag them! Keep your back straighten and most importantly - your head up. When you talk use your hands in a circular movement to create good environment around you.
Speaking of talking, a classy way of talking, or in other words, classy verbal language is first of all talking with calmness. If your words are meaningful - you should not have you yell for people to listen to you. By talking in an assertive but polite way your own words make you look classy in a heartbeat.
As mentioned before, Body language and Verbal language which are highly critical to being classy cost absolutely NOTHING!
Nonetheless, 'Classy' has also a materialistic aspect. That's that "fashionable/ elegant part". To be fashionable all you need to do is wear what makes you feel and look good. 'Feel' is the most critical thing as it will have a very powerful impact on your appearance. To look classy you need to feel classy - you need to feel comfortable with what you wear, with how your hair looks your make-up and everything external that is on your body. 'Fashionable' is first of all knowing what makes YOU feel YOU look at your best.
Once you establish the above, you can choose to wear any clothing, shoes or make up regardless of their brand name.
Remember - brand names are just that - names. You do not need other's reputation to build your own! Be your own Brand - create your own style and you will look and be truly classy.

Start your morning with Justin Bieber
How many of us wake up easily in the mornings?
For me it's quite a mission, that's why I wanted to share some tips:
1. Put your music player within reach and play your favorite song.
2. Light a candle - it always brings good energy.
3. Go as fast as you can to the shower - there's nothing like cool water to wash away your sleep.
4. Think about one good thing that you are expecting today.
5. Think about something funny to start your day with a smile :-)
Hope some of these are helpful for YOU!
Have a great day!!

How to keep going when you're down
It's been a while since I've let myself break, really fall into pieces. It's been a while but I have finally decided to allow myself to do so. And the question is how and where do I go from there? How do I pick up my now pieces of optimism and get back on track? If you have ever asked yourself the same questions, the following article is just for YOU.
Based on my experience the first thing that you should do in that position is allow yourself to feel what you're feeling. Don't try to fight it, accept it that you are feeling down at the moment and don't beat yourself over it BUT also say to yourself the following magic line:
"This Will Be the Best Thing That Has Happened To Me!"
Once you make that decision of defining whatever it is that you're dealing with as the best thing that could have happened to you, the pluses will start piling right before your eyes. Trust me, it's a life changing line.
The source of this statement is in the wise Jewish saying that "Everything happens for the best". Which brings us to faith. Faith plays a big role in pulling ourselves from low places in our lives. You can believe in whatever you want as long as you have something that is beyond our materialistic daily lives to hang on to, you will feel a great relief.
Moreover you should always remember who's on your side. Imagine yourself trying to win a soccer game by surrounding yourself with the players of the opposite team... that's exactly what you are doing when you surround yourself with people that are not really good for you, that do not really care. Be your own best friend and protect yourself. Acknowledge the fact that you are in a delicate state and make sure to have good energy wrapping you. Of course family is your first option but not only. Even i your relationship with your family are poor, you can always find a good friend or any figure that inspires you.
Finally, usually when we feel down, our guilt feeling are working overtime, practically the employees of the month. For that I can only say one thing - do not blame yourself for all that is wrong in your life, especially when you are this vulnerable. Take responsibility and always draw the conclusion on how to improve. But do it to the point with no extra emotions involved. When you make a mistake, learn from it however first congratulate yourself saying: "congratulations, you are a human being". Bottom line that's what it is all about - we are human and as human we fall and with our mind we rise up again. That's the beauty of life, that's the beauty of us.
